TomTom are looking to launch a new supersized range of sat nav systems under the TomTom XXL umbrella. We don’t have all the details just yet, however we know that the new TomTom XXL has a large 5-inch touchscreen display as well as TomTom’s latest IQ Routes and Map Share technology for driving in Europe.

Hi i have a tom tom xl one europe but do not have a Turkey map installed, i have just purchased the new xxl but still it don’t have Turkey map installed. i travel a lot to Turkey by road and would love some help with back roads. can you tell me if there is a map.

Ronnie, you should be able to just go onto the TomTom website and click Maps. From there, there is an option for downloadable maps and Turkey should be one of the available ones. Costs about £30. You may also want to check to see whether the Western and Central Europe version may be better if you are wanting maps of all the countries before you get to Turkey. (by default, your XXL would probably only come with the Western Europe maps) But double check to make sure any one you download includes all the countries you need. Good luck!
